The corner deflection (7) serving for connecting two actuating rods (4) perpendicular to one another is provided with a web-shaped catch member (8) which is made so long that, when the wing is in the tilted-open position, the catch member located on the wing engages behind a stop boss of a closing piece located on the fixed frame. A change-over of the actuating rods is thus prevented in this position. So that the corner deflection can be used either for left-closing or for right-closing wings, the catch member is fastened releasably to the corner deflection, so that it can be rotated from one position into the other. The field of use is in the sector of fittings for actuating turn-and-tilt windows. <IMAGE>
