PURPOSE:To achieve locking and unlocking securely through simple operation, by moving a roller between a rod and a slanting member facing to each other. CONSTITUTION:While a rod 2 and a slanting member 8 with a bevel 7 are opposed each other, one slanting member 8 is fixed to a supporting frame and the other rod 2 is made movable; and a movable roller 3 is provided between the both. When the pressing force of an operating plate 9 is released, the pressing force of a spring elevates a guide rod 5 and therefore the roller 3 is elevated to press up and lock the rod 2. When the operating plate 9 is pressed down, the guide rod 5 is lowered and the roller 3 is also lowered to release the press-contacting of the roller 3 with the rod 2, unlocking the rod 2. |
