<p>PURPOSE:To provide chocolate containing alcoholic drink, having balanced flavor and taste, at a low cost, by mixing powdery alcoholic drink homogeneously with chocolate, wherein the amount of the powdery alcoholic drink has a specific ratio to the oils and fats contained in the chocolate. CONSTITUTION:An alcoholic drink such as liquor, Japanese SAKE, artificial Japanese SAKE, etc. is mixed with powdering base composed mainly of dextrin and other components such as gelatin, paste, etc., and spray-dried to obtain powdery alcoholic drink. The powdery alcoholic drink is added to chocolate, kneaded, and formed to obtain the product. The amount of the alcoholic drink is 5-70% of the oils and fats contained in the chocolate.</p> |
