PURPOSE:To obtain a deep drawn product of uniform thickness by pressing important positions of a platy material with a punch while pressing strongly the material placed on a die in centripetal direction. CONSTITUTION:A mounting board 16 is lowered by strong pressure using a suitable press machine, and a punch 17 is started to draw a disk 1 as in an ordinary drawing machine. At the same time, each wedge 18 goes down and wedges between a vertical piece 11b of a stand box 11 and a pressing board 15, and the pressing board 15 presses the peripheral face of the disk 1 strongly in centripetal direction. Consequently, the peripheral part of the disk is forcibly pressed in by each pressing board 15, and the thickness of each part of the formed product 3 becomes uniform. Accordingly, more complicated secondary working is made, if required, on the formed product 3. |
