PURPOSE:To form the uniform thickness and to make it possible to adjust the film thickness finely, by rotating a transfer roll provided between an ink roll and a home roll in the same direction as that of the home roll, and supplying ink. CONSTITUTION:The transfer roll 8 which is constituted by a rubber roll is provided between the ink roll 7' constituted by a rubber roll with a V groove or an engraved chromium cylinder and the home roll 3. The transfer roll 8 is rotated in the reverse direction with respect to the ink roll 7', the home roll 3 is rotated in the same direction as that of the transfer roll 8, and a plate cylinder is rotated in the reverse direction with respect to the home roll 3. The peripheral speed of the transfer roll 8 is set so that it is smaller than the peripheral speed of the home roll 3. Stripe shaped irregularity of the ink 1b is separated, and the ink 1c is elongated and applied on the home roll 3. |
