<p>PURPOSE:To produce a sheet for the surface layer material of furniture with upright implanted hair-shaped projections, artificial turf, a bag, etc. efficiently by stacking a wire net onto the laminate of a thermoplastic resin film and cloth and working tension to the wire net. CONSTITUTION:The sheet (0.05-5.0mm. thickness) made of thermoplastic synthetic resin, etc. and the woven cloth 2 of plain fabrics of 100 mesh are stacked successively, and passed between a heating roll 4 and the wire net 3 so that the woven cloth 2 is directed to the wire net 3 side. The tension of the wire net at that time shall be 100kg/cm<2>. Accordingly, the materials obtained each become independent, straight hair-shaped hairy projections with approximately 0.1mm. thickness and 4.5-5.0mm. length are thick implanted onto the surface and the materials have soft feel.</p> |
