PURPOSE:To make it possible to eiliminate a pressure oil generator so that the maintainance and inspection of a hydraulic wheel is simplified, by utilizing hydraulic pressure in a water guide iron pipe as a control pressure source for a gressure distributor valve and servomotor. CONSTITUTION:Upon an inlet valve 1 being opened, first an instruction for opening a side valve 2 is issued so that a solenoid valve is energized, thereby the solenoid valve 3 shifts downward for opening thereof. As the result, water under pressure from an iron pipe 8 is directly guided through pipe lines 14, 15 and pushes up a piston 13 in a side valve 2 when a solenoid valve 7 for the side valve 2 is opned, thereby the side valve 2 is opened. A valve opening instruction is applied to a solenoid valve 4 for an inlet valve 1 when water pressure downstream of the inlet valve 1 reaches a predetermined value or the opening degree of the side valve 2 exceeds a predetermined value, and therfore, the solenoid valve 4 shifts downward for opening thereof. As the result, water under pressure from the pipe line 14 is guided for opening a pressure distributor valve 5 for the inlet valve 1. Accordingly, water under pressure from the pipe line 14 acts upon the opening side of an inlet valve servomotor 6 through the pressure distributor valve 5 for the inlet valve 1, thereby the inlet valve 1 is opened. |
