PURPOSE:To facilitate assembly and to improve reliability by a method wherein a coil conductor is assembled with a semi-hardened outer slot insulating substance and a hardened inner slot insulating substance being contained therein and then the outer slot insulating substance is heat-hardened. CONSTITUTION:An insulating spacer is laid on the bottom of a slot 2. Subsequently a semi-hardened U-shaped outer insulating substance 9 and a heat-hardened inner slot insulating substance 10 are contained in the slot 2. A coil conductor 4 with a plurality of turns is contained in the slot while an insulating substance 11 is placed between the turns. The top of the coil conductor 4 is tightened with a wedge 7 through a spacer 6 under the wedge. Then the outer slot insulating substance 9 is heat-hardened by heating the whole body. |
