PURPOSE:To obtain a proper sealing effect constantly by fixing a weather strip on the whole periphery of a sun-roof lid capable of rising and falling to open and close the opening part of a roof and elastically contacting its rising and falling side with a vertical wall of the drip part of the opening port, and the other part to the general face of the roof. CONSTITUTION:On one side of a drip part C formed on the circumference of an opening of a sun-roof 1, a sun-roof lid 4 is supported to be opened and closed via a hinge 5. At this stage, a weather strip 11 is fixed on the whole periphery of the above-said lid 4, and the center side of the rotation of the lid 4 is formed into a circular arc with its top elastically in contact with a vertical wall 1b of the drip part C, while the other side except the center of the rotation is elastically brought in contact with a general face 1a of the roof 1. This construction permits to prevent the reserving of rain water and the like in the drip part C by the weather strip 11 when the lid 4 is closed, and deformations such as burr or the like on the weather strip 11 on the side of the above-said center of the rotation when the lid 4 is opened. |
