PURPOSE:To effectively form a reduction combustion zone with respect to a main combustion zone by injecting a fuel or a fuel and air from a nozzle disposed so as to evade as much as possible an interference with respect to the main combustion zone formed by a main burner. CONSTITUTION:Combustion air is sent to a burner throat 5 provided with a flame stabilizing impeller 1 in a direction shown by arrow 20 via a swirl vane 4. On the other hand, fuel is injected through a primary nozzle 2 and a secondary nozzle 3. In this case, a main combustion zone 30 is formed by the fuel injected from the primary nozzle 2. A denitration combustion zone 40 is formed by the fuel injected through the secondary nozzle 3 in the periphery of the main combustion zone 30 and NOx produced in the main combustion zone 30 is reduced to harmless N2. The secondary nozzle 3 is disposed so as to slip off from the direction of the burner throat 5 so that the combustion injecting direction 10 evades mutual interference. |
