PURPOSE:To evaluate the picture quality of a reproduced original on a transmission side and to record a transimission destination, the number of transmission sheets, etc., accurately by forming a monitor print of a transmit original when an image of the original is transmitted. CONSTITUTION:When an image of an original is transmitted from a facsimile equipment 100 to a fascimile equipment 200, an analog picture signal read by a read part 102 is applied to an encoding part 103 and a recording part 104. Then, the encoding part 103 encodes it into a digital signal, which is sent to a circuit 300 through a high speed modulator 105 and a network control part 106. A system control part 101 once detecting the completion of the original transmission outputs a page end signal indicating the completion of the transmission to the circuit 300 through a low-speed modulator 107 and the network control part 106. Further, the other output of the rear part 102 is used by the recording part 104 to form a reproduced original as a monitor print by reception and scanning. |
