PURPOSE:To form uneven pattern like wrinkles and nodes on the surface of a formed product in a die pultrusion of a fiber reinforced resin body, by performing a die pultrusion under tensile strain within elastic limit and contracting the resin body due to removal of the tensile strain. CONSTITUTION:A specified tension within elastic limit is given by a tractor 6 and a friction roll 5 to elastic wire 4, the elastic wire 4 is stretched at a specified rate of strain, the reinforced fiber 2 is passed through a resin bath 3 such as an epoxy resin bath, these resin impregnated fiber and above-mentioned elastic wires 4 are gathered by a die 1, passed by the tractor 6 through the die 1 to be molded into a barlike product. This barlike product is cut by a cutter 7, the elastic wire 4 in the form of a bar is released from tension and uneven pattern occurs on the surface of the bar body. |
