PURPOSE:To enable a highly concentrated slurry to be smoothly fed into a high- pressure vessel with a simple mechanism by separating the slurry into solid and liquid in a high-pressure part upon feeding the slurry into the high pressure vessel. CONSTITUTION:A raw material slurry is stored in a slurry storage tank 7 and fed into a slurry feeding device 9 by means of a slurry pump 8. And, a low concentration slurry is allowed to flow toward a slurry inlet 1 in the same device 9, the slurry is concentrated in a slurry concentrating part 2 constructing a solid/liquid separating device, and is discharged from a slurry outlet 5. Further, the filtrate is discharged into a filtrating chamber 4 via a filter 3. Thereafter, the filtrate is returned to a slurry storage tank 7 while controlling its discharge amount in a filtrate valve 10 and its pressure in the filtrating chamber 4. On the other hand, the high concentration slurry is fed to a high-pressure reaction device 11 and a reaction product is discharged controlled in its discharge amount through a discharge valve 12. Hereby, it is made possible to smoothly feed the high concentration slurry into the high-pressure vessel with a simple mechanism. |
