Combustion apparatus or burners supplied with gas (fuel) and blown air (combustion supporter) for which there is provided a post-combustion by emulsion of hydrogen peroxide, producing an appreciable and economical energy supply (50%). Said apparatus comprises a nozzle line (9) and its atomizer (10), supplied with an emulsion of H2O2 + soluble oil, by an electric gear pump (11), centred in a gas feed lance (5), the atomizate thus produced developing at the centre of the gas flame; it also comprises two HV ignition electrodes (12) and a ionisation probe (13); a separation cone (14) and a cast iron diaphragm (15) drilled with bored holes (16) (tuyères). Amongst various applications it may be mentioned gas burners with blown air for heating water boilers, steam boilers, air boilers etc.. |
