摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To prevent the occurrence of blow-off of a flame, to increase a reduction rate of NOX, and to stabilize a flame, by a method wherein a flame holding surface, which is gradually increased in a calibar toward a furnace, is formed at the forward end of a fuel injection tube, and this causes a primary gas injection nozzle also to be opened so that the fuel is dispersed outwardly. CONSTITUTION:After a mixture flow of pulverized coal, fed through a pulverized coal pipe 3, and a primary air carrying the pulverized coal is uniformized with the aid of a venturi 4, it is fed in a furnace 16 through a primary injection nozzle 17. The outer periphery of the primary injection nozzle 17 is provided with a flame holding surface 21, where a flame is stabilized. Meanwhile, an impeller 2 is located to the interior of the primary injection nozzle 17, by means of which a pulverized coal flow is deviated externally. This causes production of a reverse flow in the vicinity of the impeller 2 at the downstream part of the primary injection nozzle 17 and enables stabilization of a flame on the surface of the impeller 2 also.</p>
