PURPOSE:To improve the resistance to acidified gasoline by integrally fixing, through vulcanization, an unsaturated acrylonitrile-conjugated diene series copolymeric rubber layer having reinforcing ground fabric as core member arranged and a polyester layer arranged at least onto one surface of the above- described rubber layer. CONSTITUTION:A diaphragm is constituted by arranging unsaturated acrylonitride-conjugated diene series copolymeric rubber layers 2 integrally with a core member 1 onto the both surfaces of the core member 1 as reinforcing ground fabric and fixing polyester layers 3 through vulcanization integrally with the rubber layer 2 onto the both surfaces of the rubber layer 2. In this case, reinforcing ground fabric, e.g. nylon woven fabric, etc. which is used in the conventional diaphragm is used as the core member 1. Acrylonitrile-butadiene copolymeric rubber, etc. are used as the copolymeric rubber which constitutes the rubber layer 2. Further, polyester and polyester-ether copolymer, etc. are used as the polyester which constitutes the polyester layer 3. |
