PURPOSE:To eliminate the need for hand work of cash count by utilizing a cash identification and counting function of a cash incoming machine provided in a transaction processing unit so as to attain automatic cash identification and count. CONSTITUTION:The transaction processing unit 1 is provided in a bank and the transaction is progressed while a customer C and a teller T are opposed together with the transaction processing unit 1 interposed in-between and the both make operation mutually. In the cash count processing, bank notes deposited in a deposition slit 7 are fetched one by one sheet and discriminated by an identification device and when the bank note is correct, it is returned to a return exit 8. The bank notes which cannot be identified by the identification device as a correct bank note is stored temporarily in storage device. When the identification of all the bank notes in the deposition slit 7 is finished, a shutter of the return exit 8 is opened. |
