The present invention relates to an engine with rotary energy. This engine, operating without external supply of energy, comprises a cylindrical rotor with two load-bearing shafts, with pistons turning in a stator comprising elliptical paths for guiding the movement of the pistons. Each of the three bores of the rotor houses two pistons separated by a spring. This engine does not consume any type of fuel. It rotates with a thrust force of 300 kg per revolution, a decelerating governor being adjusted to 1,500 rpm. <IMAGE>
