PURPOSE:To facilitate manufacture by forming a recessed part in the centers of both ends of a supporting shaft onto which a mirror is fixed and providing a couple of displaceable fulcra which are fitted in the recessed parts and hold the supporting shaft rotatably. CONSTITUTION:A mirror frame 27 is provided with the conic fulcra 29 and 30 which engage conic recessed parts 28 formed in the centers of both ends of the supporting shaft 25, and one fulcrum 29 is energized by a spring 31 in one direction and held axially displaceable. Further, electromagnets 33 and 34 facing a magnetic body 32 fixed at both outward sides of a mirror 23 are held through a fitting base 35. A line is drawn by rotating the mirror 23 as shown by an arrow. The mirror 23 is attracted counterclockwise when the electromagnet 33 is excited or clockwise when the electromagnet 34 is excited. Even if tips of the fulcra 29 and 30 and recessed parts 28 wear off, one fulcrum 29 is held elastically by the spring 31, there is no play produced.
