PURPOSE:To make possible automatic manufacture of a synthetic resin chain only if material is put in an injection molding machine by operating continuously an injection molding mechanism provided with a pulling-up device and a carrying-out device. CONSTITUTION:A chain body 42 and a circular continuous body 41 molded in the form of a chain belt by an injection molding mechanism A composed of a trisected movable side plate 9 are detected by a sensor 18, the signal is transmitted to the operation control panel 20, the chain body 42 and the circular continuous body 41 are caught by the projected spindle 33 on the end of the hydraulic cylinder 27 of the pulling-up device B and pulled up vertically up to the definite position. The chain body 42 is transferred into the external molded piece container 37 through the pulley 36 fitted on the arbor 35 at the upper end of the column frame 34 where the lower end is fixed to the upper surface of the mold fixing mover 11. |
