PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To allow delivery of content through a wireless communication link to be performed based on a mobility state of a wireless transceiver.SOLUTION: A system employs pricing steps, which corresponds to privileges based on each subscriber's mobility to specific content. Specifically, a mobile user is charged an option fee for the mobile user to maintain the same quality of service as a stationary user. Impact of mobility is thus felt by a mobile subscriber, either by experiencing reduced bandwidth or by paying higher subscription fees. By limiting content delivery, the impact of motion and similar phenomenon on the whole wireless resources can be reduced.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1 |
