A waste collection system for industrial sewing machines, comprises a blower motor with its suction inlet coupled to a first collection box having a suction hose with its distal end located at the machine to entrain waste. The first collection box, which thus receives some suction from the first box. The second box also has a suction hose with its distal end located at the machine to entrain wated. Specifically, the respective boxes collect waste thread and fabric trimmings separately from one another, the intraining suction ducts being of sizes to suit thread and larger fabric waste pieces, respectively. |
