The invention relates to spreading trailers and allows self-loading without uncoupling from the tractor. Under the action of the jack 1 and by means of the play of the connecting rod 2 fixed to the carriage 5 on the slideway of the inclined plane 6, the front of the trailer shifts to the right of the jib and drops. Mounted on this front is an elevating conveyor 13 which feeds the moving bottom of conventional type which ensures the filling of the trailer. A retractable lift-off prop 10 is located at the front on the right, in order to assist the main jack in its lifting force. An either mechanical or hydraulic transmission can be used on the moving members. This new function of spreading trailer can be used both for manure and for the loading of other products. Its simplicity and its effectiveness are two advantages which will be considered by farmers anxious about the use of their time and concerned about the profitability of their investments. <IMAGE>
