PURPOSE:To make it possible to obtain a large number of formats even if the use amount of memory is little, by appropriately selecting commodity name column formats, data column formats and address column formats to combine the same. CONSTITUTION:Commodity name columns 1-3 and a commodity name column group 14 consisting of three kinds of displayed commodity name column formats 13 are provided and data columns 1-4 and a data column group 16 consisting of four kinds of displayed data column formats 15 are provided while address columns 1, 2 and an address column group 18 consisting of two kinds of displayed address column formats 17 are provided. A printing buffer 11 is connected to the commodity name column group 14, the data column group 16 and the address column group 18 through selection means 19, 20, 21 controlled by CPU and an OR gate 22. In issuing a label, one commodity column format 13 is selected from the commodity name group 14 and one data column format 15 from the data column group 16 while the address column format 17 is added to form one label format. |
