PURPOSE:To provide a water sol. excipient based on a condensate of a polyoxyethylenealkyl ether, alkylphenyl ether, etc. and 1-epoxyethy1-3,4-epoxycyclohexane, by which a medicinal component can be eluted in water over a long time at a fixed rate without being excessively eluted in a short time.
