PURPOSE:To permit to adjust a previously provided pressure easily by the adjustment of a relation between a sliding table and the table by a method wherein a previously provided pressure adjusting member is interposed between the table, fixed to the upper surface of the sliding table through bolts, and said sliding table. CONSTITUTION:The sliding table M is constituted by fixing a bearing case 5, as an adaptor table, to the lower face of the table 1 through bolts 12 and nuts 14, and fixing each bearing races 5 into dovetail-like recessed grooves 4 in both sleeves of the same case 2. The sliding table M is slided along a rail stand 6 fixed to a bed 28 through ball group 8, circulating through an endless rail. When the bearing assembly of the sliding bed M side and the rail stand 6 are connected through the balls 8, the somewhat larger previously provided pressure is provided in the amount thereof and the bolts 12 are screwed under a condition that a sim (previously provided pressure adjusting member) S of a predetermined thickness is interposed between the sliding table M and the table 1, thereby adjusting the previously provided pressure. |
