PURPOSE:To eliminate malfunction by rejecting a command request by an information processor for maintenance and operation command processing which is coupled with a central processor through a communicating means before the operating system of the central processor is started up. CONSTITUTION:An operating system (OS) starting-up means 4 is provided in the information processor 2 which processes a maintenance and a system operation command of the central processor (CPU) 1 and this OS starting-up means 4 operates after the processor 2 is started up to initialize and start up the CPU 1. When the start-up of the CPU 1 is completed, the OS starting-up completing means 6 in the CPU 1 operates to report the completion of the start-up to the information storage means 3 of the processor 2 through an information line 10. Then, a command analyzing means 5 starts operating for the 1st time and begins to accept the maintenance and operation commands, so the CPU 1 is never affected by disturbance during the OS start-up. |
