PURPOSE:To keep off a driver's unnecessary repeat of a selector of a subtransmission, by installing an information displaying device which informs a driver of a forbidding state outputted by a control unit forbidding selection of the subtransmission with a car running state. CONSTITUTION:An electronic control unit 600 performs the energizing control of each of solenoid valves S1-S4 of both main and auxiliary hydraulic controllers. This control unit 600 consists of a throttle opening sensor 601 detecting an accelerator value, a car speed sensor 602 converting the signal detected out of an output shaft revolving speed of a subtransmission, etc., and an I/O port 609 or an input port from these car running states, a central processing unit, a random access memory RAM and a read-only memory ROM. And, there is provided with a device 70 which displays a reason why selection of the subtransmission is forbidden to a driver, for example, too low in oil temperature and so on, is displayed with electric luminescence by output of this control unit 600.
