PURPOSE:To eliminate irregularity in luminance of a picture on the screen by connecting a parallel peaking coil and a series circuit consisting of a diode that cuts off at the leading edge of a video amplification signal and turns on at the trailing edge and of a second peaking coil whose value is less than that of said parallel peaking coil in parallel. CONSTITUTION:A series circuit consisting of the diode 9 that cuts off at the leading edge of the video amplification signal and turns on at the trailing edge and of the second peaking coil 10 whose peak value is less than that of the parallel peaking coil 8, is provided in parallel connection with said coil 8. With this constitution, an undershooting is provided at the leading edge of the video amplification signal so that the leading edge time is shortened. Additionally, at the trailing edge, the value of the peaking coil is made small in order to suppress the overshooting so that the irregularity in luminance of the picture on the screen is removed. |
