PURPOSE:To easily alter list contents to be printed by providing a tabulation and printing information storage area and a character and ruled-line storage area in a memory device and altering information in each storage area when the tabulation is altered. CONSTITUTION:Printing data collected from monitor and control equipment through a communication circuit 8 are stored in various data storage areas 24 in a computer 3. On the other hand, preset item names, and characters and ruled lines corresponding to a print format are set in the character and ruled- line information storage area 25. Further, information on the tabulation is set, line by line, in the tabulation and printing information storage area 22. When printing operation is started on a keyboard 27, data in the area 25 is loaded according to the information in the area 22 when the information is character and ruled-line information and data in the area 24 are loaded when the information is merging information. Then, one-line data is stored in a one-line table 26 and sent out to a tabulation device 1, so that the data is printed together with ruled lines and item names. |
