PURPOSE:To make it possible to set a coil spring with accuracy even in a high speed by setting space for coil spring by gripping the coil spring with chuck pins set in parallel and expanding it under keeping the parallelism of the chuck pins. CONSTITUTION:In the first process, inserted are a first and a second chuck pin 12 and 13 provided in parallel with each other to both the both end hooks 3 of a non tensed coil spring 4. In the second process, the first and the second chuck pin 12 and 13 are set in parallel in the space to be placed by the pre- memorized coil spring 4 between a first and a second hook receiver 14 and 15. In the third process, and first and the second hook 3 are moved to the first and the second hook receiver 14 and 15 with the first and the second chuck pin 12 and 13 and the first and the second hook receiver 14 and 15 which are set in the second process engaged respectively. |
