PURPOSE:To make it possible to measure the temp. of an object to be measured with high accuracy, by selecting light with a specific wavelength from the light from the object to be measured dispersed by a spectroscopic apparatus and measuring the intensity of said light. CONSTITUTION:A sensor consists of a cylindrical case 1 comprising an opaque material, a condensing lens 2, a columnar prism 3 formed by obliquely cutting and polishing the end surface of a column comprising a transparent body, a light receiving element 4 and a slit 5. The heat rays from an object to be measured are converged through a condensing lens 2 to be incident to the columnar prism 3 and receives dispersion corresponding to a wavelength to be outputted from the columnar prism 3 and only light with a part of a wavelength is selectively incident to a light receiving element 4 through a slit 5. Because the light receiving element generates the electric signal corresponding to the level of incident light, the intensity of the incident light can be measured. By this method, the temp. of the object to be measured can be accurately measured without being troubled by an individual error. |
