PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a multilayer composite material which exhibits high thermal dimensional stability, extremely good impact resistance, high elongation at break point and good layer adhesiveness.SOLUTION: There is provided a multilayer composite material which comprises the following layers: I. a first layer (layer I) composed of a molding material at least 40 mass% of which comprises the following components: 1) 60 to 99 pts.mass of a copolyamide based on hexamethylene diamine, terephthalic acid and an aliphatic carboxylic acid having 8 to 19 carbon atoms and 2) 40 to 1 pts.mass of an olefinic copolymer as an impact resistance improver, where the total of pts.mass of 1) and 2) is 100; and II. a second layer (layer II) composed of a molding material at least 60 mass% of which comprises a mixture of the following components, 1) 75 to 100 pts.mass of a partial aromatic copolyamide and 25 to 0 pts.mass of an olefinic copolymer as an impact resistance improver, provided, in the case of a molding material of the layer II, the mixture of component 1) and component 2) contains the olefinic copolymer in a smaller amount by at least 5 pts.mass than the case of the molding material of the layer I.SELECTED DRAWING: None |
