PURPOSE:To rationalize gap between an emulsifying part of a cylinder and a pestle under various conditions, by forming an emulsified part having a tapered face of different diameters at an upper and a lower part and constituting a pestle and a cylinder in such a way the position of height of the pestle is adjustable based on the cylinder. CONSTITUTION:An emulsifying part 7b of a cylinder 7 is formed at a tapered face having length l1, a top diameter D1, a bottom diameter D2 and a gradient R1 and a pestle 11 is made on a tapered face having length l2, a top diameter D3, a bottom diameter D4 and a gradient R2. The position of height of the pestle 11 based on the emulsifying part 7b is adjusted by making l1=l2 and R1=R2, so a gap d between them is set to a desired value, to improve operation efficiency and product precision. |
