The vibratory plate has two unbalance shafts horizontally next to one another which produce directional vibrations and is provided with a regulating device having an actuating device. The spindle of the regulating device having rolling bevel gears is arranged on a sleeve which forms the regulating member and is designed as a gear on the outside. A toothed rack connected to the actuating device and displaceably mounted in a housing meshes with this gear. The toothed rack (27) is designed at both ends with pistons (29, 30) sliding in cylinders (31, 32).
