The invention relates to a centring device for the automatic processing of components of electrical devices. A base plate is provided which has openings for accommodating the components, said openings being arranged in the form of a matrix. The invention comprises the arrangement of countersunk holes, which are provided with recesses, in the base plate, the shape of the recesses defining the rotation position of the components with respect to the recess axis. A contact-pressure plate which is provided with openings is furthermore arranged on the base plate and contains separate spring parts for each of the components which are to be pressed against the base plate. Finally, a centring plate is also arranged on the contact-pressure plate, the recesses in which centring plate are constructed such that all the components are aligned exactly with respect to one another, in terms of their xy alignment.
