PURPOSE:To concurrently perform the removal of a wooden pile and the formation of cement-mortar pile by a method in which a casing with an existing wooden pile is pulled up from ground and cement mortar is poured from an injecting tube attached to the casing into the ground. CONSTITUTION:A casing 1 is turned, excavating water is jetted from a nozzle 2, and the casing 1 is penetrated to above an existing wooden pile 10a. The turning of the casing 1 with the pile 10a and the supply of excavating water are stopped, and while supplying cement mortar through an injecting tube 6, the casing 1 is pulled up to the ground's surface. The removal of the existing wooden pile 10 and the formation of the cement mortar pile can thus be performed concurrently.
