PURPOSE:To obtain the titled miniaturized and inexpensive device capable of automatically detecting the clogging condition of a filter and annunciating the condition to the outside by using a pressure switch which is actuated by the clogging of the filter and provided with an annunciator for annunciating the actuated state. CONSTITUTION:A circulating pump 3, a filter 4, and a pressure switch 5 which is actuated by the negative pressure generated by the circulating pump 3 when the filter 4 is clogged and provided with the annunciator 7 used for annunciating the actuated state to the outside of the main body and consisting of a lamp, a buzzer, etc., are provided to a circulator 2 for forcibly circulating the hot water in a bathtub 1. The actuation of the pressure switch 5 is detected by a controller 6, and an annunciating signal is outputted to the annunciator 7.
