This device is made up of a receptacle 2 containing the water to be magnetised, permanent magnets 5 and 6 which can turn using known means 8 about an axis 7 thus creating rotational magnetic fields, a pipe 9 making it possible to remove the magnetised water from the receptacle 2 towards the outside (use exit, tap, etc) 4, stationary permanent magnets 10 around which the pipe 9 is wound before reaching the outside 4. This device makes it possible to magnetise water by means of rotational and stationary magnetic fields respectively. Being small in bulk, it facilitates the preparation of magnetised water for domestic, medical or industrial use. <IMAGE>
