PURPOSE:To firmly hold the inner and outer cylindrical bodies even in the high temperature environment by shirnkage-fitting or press-fitting the ceramic inner cylindrical body onto the inside of the outer metal cylindrical body having a low linear expansion coefficient, keeping an intermediate metal body having a high linear expansion coefficient interposed. CONSTITUTION:The outer cylindrical body 3 of a linear A is made of a metal having a low linear expansion coefficient, and a ceramic inner cylindrical body 1 is shrinkage-fitted or press-fitted inside the outer cylindrical body 3, keeping an intermediate metal cylindrical body 2 having a high linear expansion coefficient interposed. In this case, even if the temperature of the linear A itself becomes high, the difference of expansion between the outer cylindrical body 3 and the inner cylindrical body 1 is exceedingly small, and the inner cylindrical body 1 is firmly held onto the outer cylindrical body 3 by the expansion of the intermediate cylindrical body 2, and the trouble of slip-off of the inner cylindrical body 1 from the outer cylindrical body 3 in the high temperature environment can be dissolved.
