In the flange part (9) of the controlled feed device is anap-engaged a self-closing, membrane type fixture (18,22). The flange part is made in one piece with a thin fixed part which is plastically welded to the inside of the surround of the bag wall (2A) aperture. The fixed part evolves internally into a vaulted dome, and has in its outer part an upwardly directed extension (11) with a number of parallel ribs (12). The dome, in cooperation with the closure fixture, forms the controlled feed chamber (A). A lip (15) of the dome locates against the edge parts of the wall (13) and end (14), and thus forms a clack valve which normally maintains the feed unit interior and that of the ga bag insulated from each other, but permits communication when the valve is pivoted downwards. The ribs guarantee free communication through the bag throat part and conduct fluid to the controlled feed chamber inlet aperture normally closed by the lip. When the dome is pressed inwards the lip is activated in the closing direction, with the outlet valve (18,22) opening to permit outward feed. |
