The catheter device has a capsule (10) with an upper wall (15) which can be perforated. For fixation of the catheter (11) on the capsule (10) there is an elastomeric clamping piece (30) located inside a connecting nozzle (22). A rigid tubular supporting cannula (24) supports from the inside at least the section of the catheter (11) surrounded by the clamping piece (30). By rotating the pressure piece (26) which can be screwed into an internal screw thread (23) of the connecting nozzle (22), the clamping piece (30) is deformed so as to press against the circumference of the catheter (11), to fix it and to seal it relative to the capsule (10). The supporting cannula (24) prevents undesired squeezing of the catheter (11). <IMAGE>
