PURPOSE:To prevent the elimination of the central metal in a metal complex by using acidic or alkaline electrolyte containing metal ions as a component of one of electrodes. CONSTITUTION:As electrolyte, acidic electrolyte, such as sulfuric acid aqueous solution and phosphoric acid aqueous solution, and alkaline electrolyte, such as potassium hydroxide aqueous solution and sodium hydroxide aqueous solution, are used. Next, in order to contain metal ions in the electrolyte, mixed or monolithic metal end metal salt are dissolved in the electrolyte. By preparing such arrangement that metal ions are preliminarily contained in the electrolyte, the metal ions prevent central metals in a metal complex from eliminating into the electrolyte. |
