PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opportunity to preconsider how to cope with future events that can possibly occur in a project environment.SOLUTION: A project success diagnostic device follows steps of: using first storage means 110 to store a required level of performance considered necessary for success of a project for each item used for evaluating ability of stakeholders to fulfill expected functions; using function evaluation calculation means 160 to calculate, for each stakeholder, a percentage of an evaluation value with respect to the required level of performance for each item; using fourth storage unit 140 to store events, defined as problems and challenges encountered in past projects, in association with items used for evaluating ability to fulfill functions that caused the events; and using event extraction means 180 to extract events associated with items used for evaluating ability to fulfill functions whose percentage values calculated by the function evaluation calculation means are less than 100%.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2 |
