PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image forming apparatus including first and second communication interface means, and even when one of the communication interfaces becomes unusable, enabling a user who has used the image forming apparatus through the communication interface means that has become unusable to continuously use the image forming apparatus.SOLUTION: An image forming apparatus 10 comprises a notification control part 33 that transmits, when one network interface 18 becomes unusable, access destination information including information on the address of the other usable network interface 19 from the network interface 19, and notifies the access destination information to a terminal 23 connected to a LAN 21 via a router 25.
