Ozone generator

The generator consists of several concentric quartz tubes forming chambers which can be flooded and air chambers, with a central chamber provided with a metal latice, water or other suitable conductor. This is connected to a high voltage circuit, producing ozone in the air chambers which is sent to an accelerator for mixing by venturi effect with potable water from the mains supply. The treated water leaves through a pipe for use in sterilisation of foods and instruments.
