PURPOSE:To facilitate security protection of records by defining access right levels of file and user process in each file and comparing both access right levels to discriminate whether access should be permitted or not. CONSTITUTION:A user process group 10 requests a record input/output part 42 to access records. The input/output part 42 reads a requested record from a file group 20 and calls an access right discriminating part 41. The discriminating part 41 compares the level in the requested record with the level of an access right defining part 30 with each other to discriminate whether the access right should be given or not. In case of rejection of access, an error status is set and the control is returned to the user process group 10. In case of permission of access, the record is transferred and the control is returned to the user process group. This processing is performed for each record access to protect the security. |
