<p>An extension or extension tent for a folding caravan and a folding caravan provided with an extension or extension tent. The extension comprises an extension frame consisting of tent poles or the like and a tent cloth (47) supported in the service condition by the extension frame. The extension frame comprises two V-shaped carrier constructions (49, 50) spaced apart in the service condition, each V-shaped carrier construction (49, 50) having two arms (52,54; 53,55) which, in the service condition, are attached at an angle to one another at one end of the arms (52,54; 53,55) and can be attached at the same end to a folding caravan. Each arm (52,54; 53,55) is attached near the other end to the top end of upright, and each V-shaped construction (49, 50) has an inner arm (52; 53) proximal to the other V-shaped construction. The inner arm (52; 53) is substantially parallel to the inner arm (52; 53) of the other V-shaped construction (49, 50), and the inner arms (52, 53) extend substantially transversely to a front edge of the extension remote from the folding caravan.</p> |
