PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To analyze an advertisement effectively by tendency of a user using a store.SOLUTION: A store use history management unit 162 of an advertisement distribution apparatus 100 receives store use information including information identifying a user, information on a store and an advertiser to which the store belongs, and use status information including at least store use time and indicating a use status of a user using the store. A user analysis unit 172 determines a user category, for each of users who are members of an advertiser or a store to be analyzed, on the basis of a comparison between a store use record to be obtained from the store use information of the user using a store of the advertiser or the store to be analyzed in a predetermined period, and a store use record to be obtained from the store use information of the user using a store of an advertiser or a store to be compared in a predetermined period.
