The fruit slicer is designed to cut fruit slices effectively and rapidly with minimum loss of juice. It consists of a wood, plastic or metal base on which is fixed a series of vertical triangular shaped cutters which form a sort of broken line. The base has in its upper side a small slot designed to hold the blade of an electrical operated knife which transmits its movement to the vertical blades of the fruit slicer. An additional wood, plastic or metal concave element is used to hold the fruit to be sliced as well as to collect the juice via a small slot in the bottom of the device.
